My Diary – Reflection Tool

“My Diary” is a companion tool designed to support self-reflection and personal growth during activities.

Participants can use it to:

  • track their learning journey

  • build self-awareness and resilience

It creates a safe personal space that complements group activities and strengthens learning outcomes.
